On this occasion the works shown present the work of 2 Venezuelan artists based in the United States; combining a variety of works that are much closer to the tradition of figurative painting (in the case of Beatriz Gómez) and a work more focused on the abstract (in terms of Tania Riera’s work) combining both melancholy and iconography of their Venezuelan roots.
